Workforce Navigation Tool: Promising Practices & User Journey Mapping​

Western University students are supporting the development of London's Workforce Navigation Tool through two complementary research streams. Students are examining promising workforce navigation models and mapping the experiences of different users as they move through employment and workforce services. The research will identify barriers, gaps, and leading practices and provide practical recommendations to inform the design of a more coordinated, user-centred workforce navigation system for London.
