London is a post-secondary hub, yet graduate retention remains a key competitiveness challenge. This project aims to identify where talent is lost in the transition from education to employment and recommend practical interventions. Core Policy Question: How can London improve post-secondary graduate retention by strengthening education-to-employment pathways and reducing barriers?
