This project examines municipally-led interventions aimed at improving student retention, focusing on various strategies implemented by municipalities in Canada or beyond. Each team will investigate a specific location to analyze the interventions, their outcomes, costs, resource allocation, and the roles of local organizations and partnerships between local governments and universities.
