Strengthening London’s Talent Retention Pipeline   

 

This project supports one of the City of London's strategic priorities: attracting, developing, and retaining skilled talent (Talent and Innovation). It also relates to other important city goals, such as making it easier for graduates to find local jobs and stay long-term (Investment Attraction and Retention), and improving how different local organizations and systems work together effectively to keep graduates in London (System Optimization).
